Returns & Exchanges
At Kiss Katch, we aim to deliver an excellent level of service and we are therefore happy to receive goods back and perform exchanges or refunds.
If for whatever reason you wish to return your Kiss Katch goods, please return them to us within 21 days. We will be happy to provide an exchange or refund, providing the items are returned in perfect condition, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.
Please complete the 'returns and exchanges' form on the reverse of your dispatch note, clearly indicating the reason for return and whether you require a refund or exchange. This information will help us deal with your return quickly and also help us to improve the quality of our products in the future.
Please then reseal the item in its original packaging and return your parcel to us using the returns address that is clearly shown on the front of the 'returns and exchanges' form. We advise all customers to return goods via recorded delivery and to keep the proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Unfortunately, we must ask that goods be returned to Kiss Katch at your own expense, however we will send your exchange back out to you at no extra charge.
All refunds will be issued to the same payment method as the original order and may take up to 21 days to complete. We will endeavour to process this as quickly as possible. Please note that we are unable to refund an item without a receipt and that the refund will only be given to the original payer.
Please also note that purchases made via the official Kiss Katch website or via telephone directly with Kiss Katch cannot be refunded in any of the independent boutiques that stock Kiss Katch. On the other hand, if you have purchased a Kiss Katch item from an independent retailer and wish to return or exchange it, - please return the item to that same store, where their own returns and exchanges policy will apply.
